Can I do both breathwork and physical training?

Yes! Choose an option from either and schedule an introductory meeting. In the meeting we can develop a programme that incorporates all the features from all the Ground Health services you wish.

Can I do breathwork and/or physical training when pregnant?

Pregnancy is a unique time and everyone’s needs are different. Gentle movement and supportive breathing practices can be very beneficial, but some forms of breathwork and higher-intensity training are not recommended during pregnancy. If you’re pregnant (or planning to be), please let us know in advance so we can adapt the practices to ensure your safety and comfort.

Can I choose a male or female instructor?

Yes. Your comfort is our priority, and we want you to feel at ease during your sessions. If you have a preference for a male or female instructor, please let us know when booking.

Is breathwork safe for people with heart conditions or other issues like diabetes, hypertension, or epilepsy?

Certain types of breathwork, especially more intense practices, may not be suitable if you have heart conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, epilepsy, or other significant medical issues. That doesn’t mean breathwork is off-limits, gentler forms can often be adapted safely. If you have any medical condition, please check with your healthcare provider before beginning, and let me know in advance so I can guide you toward practices that support your wellbeing.

What is strength programming and how is it different from regular fitness training?

Strength programming combines personalized exercise routines with mindful movement to help you build resilience, improve posture, and increase functional strength. Unlike general workouts, our programs focus on holistic wellness and long-term sustainability.

You can book directly on our website or contact us via email. Each session can be scheduled individually or as part of a program.

Do you offer online or only in-person sessions?

We offer both online and in-person sessions depending on the service. Breathwork and coaching can often be done online, while plant-medicine and certain strength sessions are in-person only.

Both. Individual sessions allow for a highly personalized experience, while group sessions offer community support.
